		<description>i applied for my coupon early thinking i was prudent because some things involving the government take a long time. but, i recieved my coupon relatively soon. but, thinking i didn&#039;t have to make a purchase until feb. 2009 i filed the coupon not really looking at it and definitely not knowing there was an expiration date. wouldn&#039;t it have been logical to put an expiration date of march, 2009 on all coupons.</description>

		<description>I purchased 2 converters (magnavox).  When they work the picture is clearer but most often they work slowly to turn on and are much more sensitive to weather conditions. I would prefer the old anolog and in fact,often turn back to it</description>
