Converter Coupon Application Program Details and How to Sign Up
The NTIA is responsible for administering the application program. (Please note that coupons will expire 90 days after mailing). It is responsibility of the consumer to verify the expiration on the card after receiving.
To Apply for a Coupon:
Apply Online: You can apply at the Converter Coupon Application website. Please be sure to fill out the complete form and include accurate household information before submitting.
To Fax a Coupon:
The Fax number for sending an application to the Government.
Deaf or hard of hearing callers may dial 1-877-530-2634 (English/TTY) or 1-866-495-1161 (Spanish/TTY). TTY Service is available from 9 AM – 9 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
